Assistant Nurse

Position Overview

We are seeking a MOH-licensed Assistant Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in a 300-bed or similar healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will support clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards, and contributing to a safe and compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical professionals
• Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
• Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities to the clinical team
• Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and safety in accordance with hospital protocols
• Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and basic medical procedures as directed
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and ensure infection control compliance
• Document patient information accurately in medical records
• Provide patient and family support, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care
• Adhere to healthcare policies, standards, and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• MOH License (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting (300-bed or similar capacity)
• Knowledge of clinical care standards and infection control practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
