Electromechanical Engineer

JOB ROLE:

• Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electromechanical systems.
• Monitor work orders and major repairs in coordination with contractors.
• Manage specialized maintenance contracts (HVAC, electrical, lifts).
• Assess asset condition and identify replacement needs.
• Participate in feasibility studies for capital projects.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance and operation of building systems (HVAC, lifts, fire safety, UPS, generators, etc.).

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of BMS/SCADA and power systems.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and diagnose faults.
• Familiarity with local building codes and civil defense requirements.
• Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., CAFM).
• Leadership and team management skills.
