Head of Facilities Operations (Specialized Parks & Recreational Facilities)

Job Purpose
Lead and oversee the operations, maintenance, and development of specialized parks and recreational facilities, ensuring high-quality services, visitor safety, and satisfaction, while driving investment opportunities and partnerships with the private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of all specialized parks and recreational facilities within the assigned scope, ensuring safety and visitor satisfaction.
- Ensure proper maintenance and protection of assets, preventing misuse or damage in line with global best practices.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with international standards and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance facilities and services.
- Lead the execution of development and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee design and implementation of exhibitions and attractions within parks and facilities.
- Ensure execution aligns with technical and aesthetic standards.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare feasibility studies and technical assessments for investment projects.
- Provide technical recommendations to support investment decisions and partnerships.
- Define technical requirements, standards, and specifications for contractors and service providers.
- Review contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with operational and technical scope.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and technical standards.
- Take corrective actions on non-compliance or operational issues.
- Develop and implement visitor guidelines and safety instructions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper signage and visitor information systems.
- Regularly update operational guidelines based on business needs and changes.
- Prepare monthly and periodic reports on operations, projects, KPIs, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and report any violations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience:
- UAE Nationals: 9 years
