Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and full compliance with UAE Labour Law. This role oversees policy development, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The candidate should also have solid experience in managing medical and health insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Policy & Strategy
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and UAE Labour Law.
- Contribute to strategic planning by aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Drive HR best practices and ensure operational efficiency across all HR functions.
2. UAE Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law across all HR activities.
- Advise management on legal requirements, risks, and HR governance.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes.
3. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee benefits, including medical and health insurance administration.
- Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity calculations, and final settlements.
- Review and maintain competitive compensation structures.
4. Leave Management
- Oversee and manage all employee leave types in accordance with company policy and UAE regulations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave balances.
5. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Support leadership in performance evaluations and employee development plans.
- Identify and address performance gaps through training and development initiatives.
6. Employee Relations
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and fair treatment of all employees.
7. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proven experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and medical/health insurance.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
