Job Purpose
The HR Specialist supports the effective delivery of human resources services across the Foundation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and the humanitarian values of the organization. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and talent development to support the Foundation’s charitable and humanitarian objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.

Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Maintain recruitment records and talent databases.
HR Operations & Administration
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

Prepare employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR documentation.

Manage leave administration, attendance records, and employee benefits.

Support payroll coordination by providing accurate HR data.
Employee Relations
-
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance-related matters in a fair and confidential manner.
Performance Management & Development
-
Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives.

Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Compliance & Policies
-
Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and relevant regulations.

Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Support internal and external audits related to HR.
Reporting & Analytics

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and statistics as required by management.

Analyze HR data to support decision-making and workforce planning.
المهارات
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a non-profit, governmental, or humanitarian organization.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Preferred UAE/Arab Nationals
