KG Teacher

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Female KG Teacher (UAE National) to join a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi for the ECA Gazaal Project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with approved curriculum standards
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance educational outcomes
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development initiatives

Requirements

• Nationality: UAE National (Female)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of KG teaching experience
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Commitment to maintaining high educational standards
