Outsourced Recruitment Support / Hiring Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking outsourced manpower support to assist the HR team after the sourcing stage and throughout the full hiring cycle. The role will focus on coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring smooth communication with candidates, and supporting timely completion of hiring processes to manage current recruitment volumes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate screening activities after the sourcing stage
• Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps
• Support offer management, including coordination of offer issuance and acceptance
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-joining formalities
• Maintain accurate hiring records and recruitment trackers
• Liaise with internal HR teams and stakeholders to ensure hiring timelines are met
• Provide general administrative support related to recruitment and hiring activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR support within the UAE
• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations
• Strong understanding of UAE labor market and hiring practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems (preferred)
