Parks, Landscape and Irrigation Networks Maintenance Engineer

JOB ROLE:

• Prepare and update 5-year and annual maintenance plans for parks & irrigation.
• Monitor maintenance contracts and ensure quality performance.
• Oversee asset inventory and assessment projects.
• Analyze asset condition data and propose water conservation solutions.
• Review technical manuals and procedures in coordination with DMT.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance and operation of parks, green spaces, and irrigation networks. Government or maintenance contract management experience is preferred.

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of modern irrigation systems (drip, smart irrigation, SCADA).
• Familiarity with GIS and asset data management.
• Ability to prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of local plant species and their requirements.
• Communication and contractor management skills.
