ABOUT THE CLIENT
The organization, established in 2008 under the name UAE Football League, later became a committee under the umbrella of the UAE Football Association in 2011. In 2019, its legal status was formally recognized by the General Authority of Sports as a juristic person, granting it full operational and commercial independence. The league represents 14 professional clubs, which form the General Assembly and elect its board every four years. As the official organizer of key competitions—including the ADNOC Pro League, ADIB Cup, EMAAR Super Cup, and the Pro League U23—the organization manages the commercial, marketing, broadcasting, and digital rights of these competitions.
Role Overview
The Sponsorship Affairs Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing sponsorship relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, and maximizing partnership value. The role requires strategic coordination across departments and proactive management of sponsorship deliverables to support commercial objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement the sponsorship management strategy in alignment with commercial objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring strong relationship management and partnership continuity
- Oversee execution of sponsorship rights and benefits, including branding, advertising boards, digital assets, events, tickets, and hospitality
- Develop and activate sponsorship plans in collaboration with media and marketing teams
- Coordinate brand visibility and compliance across all official channels and match-day activations
- Monitor campaign execution during events and matches to ensure quality and contractual compliance
- Prepare periodic performance reports with ROI insights and sponsorship deliverables
- Manage sponsor feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Contribute to the development of innovative sponsorship packages and value-enhancing initiatives
- Organize sponsor recognition events and periodic partnership review meetings
- Track financial obligations and coordinate with the Finance Department on sponsorship-related transactions
- Support contract renewals by preparing performance reports and strategic presentations
- Maintain and update a comprehensive sponsorship database, including communication logs and meeting records
- Ensure all sponsorship materials comply with brand identity guidelines and organizational standards

Eligibility
- Open to female candidates of any nationality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship management or partnership relations
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proven ability in stakeholder and client relationship management
- Experience in sports or commercial partnerships is highly desirable
