Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization in attracting high-quality talent. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the UAE recruitment market, particularly in manpower companies, HR consultancies, or corporate environments managing high-volume hiring.
The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various levels including C-level executives, mid-level professionals, and blue-collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Full Recruitment Cycle Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates aligned with client or business requirements.
Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting for senior-level, mid-level, and blue-collar roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Target and engage candidates based on specific client or organizational hiring requirements.
Recruitment Platforms & Market Research
- Manage recruitment activities across various job portals and sourcing platforms such as:
- Naukri
- Bayt
- Other relevant recruitment channels
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Management
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Recruitment Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the HR system or ERP.
- Prepare recruitment reports, candidate summaries, and hiring updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Experience working in manpower companies, HR consultancies, or corporate recruitment environments handling large volumes of employees.
- Proven experience in recruiting for C-level executives, mid-level roles, and blue-collar workforce.
- Strong candidate network or existing talent pool within the UAE recruitment market.
Technical Skills
- Experience using ERP systems or HR platforms such as Oracle or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Extensive experience using recruitment platforms including:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Naukri
- Bayt
- Other sourcing and talent search tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
