Job Description
Job Objective
To contribute to improving tax compliance for the government sector and large taxpayers by supporting the development of a transparent working relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from the government sector and large taxpayers
- Coordinate direct communications with the government sector and large taxpayers to gain clearer understanding of their specific needs
- Contribute to enhancing tax compliance among the government sector and large taxpayers
- Build relationships with designated government sector entities and large taxpayers, ensuring their needs are met through training, technical tax support, and other services
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
- Support the government sector and large taxpayers in tax management operations (registrations, returns, and payments)
- Assist the leadership of the Government Sector and Large Taxpayers Services Team in account planning activities
- Escalate any complex inquiries to relevant tax functions

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: 0 years of experience required
- Diploma in Business Administration: 5 years of experience required
- Professional Certifications:
- Certified Manager in Quality and Institutional Excellence
- Certificate in Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard
- Certificate in Organizational Leadership
- Certified Innovation Leader
- Six Sigma – Green Belt
- Certified Branch Manager
