Strategic A􀆯airs & Institutional Effectiveness Expert

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the establishment of the Strategic Aô€†¯airs & Institutional Eô€†¯ectiveness Oô€†¯ice
from the ground up, including its operating model, governance framework, policies,
processes, and methodologies.
 Advise executive leadership on strategic planning, institutional eô€†¯ectiveness,
performance management, quality, governance, project management, business
continuity, and organizational excellence.
 Develop strategic and operational planning frameworks, KPIs, performance
dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
 Design governance frameworks for strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management,
business continuity, and institutional innovation.
 Assess organizational maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and provide
practical recommendations with implementation roadmaps.
 Support the implementation of best practices, build internal capabilities, and
transfer knowledge to ensure long-term sustainability.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
 12+ years of experience in strategy, institutional eô€†¯ectiveness, organizational
excellence, or management consulting.
 Proven experience establishing Strategy, PMO, or Institutional Eô€†¯ectiveness Oô€†¯ices
from scratch.
 Strong expertise in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and
organizational transformation.
