Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our team and help in the recruitment process. The TA Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill our staffing needs.
Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and the organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
