JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure optimal performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of all plant assets by implementing structured maintenance strategies, analyzing asset data, and driving continuous improvement in cost, uptime, and risk management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Asset Lifecycle Management
· To proactively provide valuable inputs to management at all decision-making stages related to asset life cycle such as asset procurement, deployment, Utilization, Maintenance and Disposal.
· To assist in the development of installation specifications, commissioning plans, acceptance tests, inspection criteria and actual factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
Asset Information Analysis
• · Perform comprehensive asset performance analysis.
• · Evaluate key asset metrics including Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Remaining Useful Life (RUL)
· Analyze additional parameters impacting asset operating condition, reliability, and lifecycle cost to support data-driven decision-making
Master Data Management
• · Ensure high integrity, accuracy, and consistency of asset master data across all systems
• · Perform asset master data template validation, cleansing, correction, and upload in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and other applicable systems
• · Conduct periodic audits and updates in SAP and related platforms to ensure alignment between system data and actual shop floor asset conditions
• · Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve delays or issues in master data creation, modification, and validation
· Maintain data governance standards to support reliable reporting, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management
Compliance, Safety & Asset Management System
· · Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Asset Management System in alignment with ISO 55000 series standards
· · Ensure compliance with organizational safety requirements, policies, and asset management best practices across all activities
· · Support the deployment and standardization of policies, processes, and procedures required for ISO 55000 compliance
· · Contribute to system documentation, gap assessments, and internal/external audits related to asset management implementation
· Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within asset management and maintenance functions
Continues Improvement
· ·Lead initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness
· ·Apply methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma where applicable
·Support digitalization and predictive maintenance initiatives
المهارات
Essential: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering.
Desirable: Knowledge in using CMMS software such as SAP PM
Job Skills: Statistical Analysis, RCM, Lean Manufacturing / TPM, Maintenance management, Data mining and management, & Excellent communication.
Behavioral Competencies: Systematic approach, transparency, integrity, professionalism, passion for excellence, change management orientation
Experience: 4 – 6 years of relevant professional experience as Maintenance / Production / Manufacturing / Asset Management engineer & Good knowledge of ISO 55000 Series of standards
