Job Purpose: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through effective engagement, service assistance, and sales support. This role ensures professional handling of inquiries, registrations, and simulator activities while promoting the company’s image and maintaining service excellence within the mall environment. Welcoming, engaging, and assisting customers at mall counters
Key Responsibilities:
§ Promote and sell company services/products to walk-in customers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
§ Support marketing campaigns, activations, and customer engagement activities within the mall.
§ Ensure alignment of customer interactions and sales efforts with company goals and brand standards.
§ Maintain accurate records of sales, registrations, payments, and customer interactions.
§ Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
§ Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company grooming standards.
§ Welcome, engage, and assist customers at the mall counter.
§ Provide detailed product information, offers, and promotions.
§ Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
§ Operate the simulator and guide customers on its use.
§ Support day-to-day mall operations and ensure smooth execution of promotional or sales activities.
§ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
§ Collaborate with team members to ensure targets and service standards are met.
§ Assist colleagues in handling customer queries or simulator use if needed.
المهارات
§ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service (or equivalent field).
§ High school graduates with strong experience in sales or customer engagement may also be considered.
§ Solid understanding of sales processes, customer service standards, and retail or mall operations.
§ Knowledge of simulator operation and customer interaction safety protocols.
§ Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and basic financial transactions (cash/card handling, receipts, etc.).
§ Understanding of marketing activations, promotions, and customer engagement techniques.
§ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in retail, mall kiosks, automotive, or training centers.
§ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing face-to-face customer interactions.
§ Experience in demonstrations or simulator-based interactions is an advantage.
§ Background in handling inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback with professionalism.
§ UAE Driving License (mandatory for mobility between mall locations).
§ Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred for effective communication.
§ Flexible working on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per mall operating hours.
§ Certifications in Customer Service Excellence, Sales Techniques, or Communication Skills are a plus.
§ Duty schedules will be flexible and aligned with Mall operational, which includes morning and evening shifts.
