Role Overview
The role requires strong hands-on capability across modern frontend frameworks (Angular mandatory, React is a plus) and backend technologies (FastAPI, Node.js), delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance systems aligned with government and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
•
Develop scalable UI applications using Angular
•
Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and performance-optimized frontend
•
Consume REST APIs and data services securely and efficiently.
•
Ensure accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend & API Development
•
Design and implement RESTful APIs using FastAPI (Python) and Node.js
•
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
•
Handle asynchronous processes, background jobs, and integrations.
•
Write clean, testable, and maintainable backend code.
Data & Integration
•
Work with relational and analytical databases to support transactional and analytical workloads.
•
Integrate external data sources, services, and government systems where required.
•
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Data, Quality & Security
•
Work with relational and analytical databases to support data-driven applications.
•
Follow secure coding and government data protection standards.
•
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and architecture discussions.
•
Support QA, UAT, and production releases.
Collaboration & Delivery
•
Collaborate with product managers, analysts, data teams, AI engineers, and DevOps.
•
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
•
Work within Agile / iterative delivery frameworks.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
•
Angular

Required Experience & Qualifications
•
5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
•
Proven experience building production-grade enterprise systems
•
Strong understanding of frontend–backend integration
•
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (preferred)
•
Experience in government, regulated, or data-intensive environments is a plus
Desirable (Nice to Have)
•
Experience with AI-enabled or LLM-integrated systems
•
Exposure to analytics platforms or dashboards
•
Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
•
Experience with large-scale or national digital platforms
