2. Job Purpose
To study the objectives and strategies of the Human Resources Department and prepare specialized HR technical studies, methodologies, policies, regulations, procedures, and work manuals. The role also involves assessing the work environment and educating and guiding employees regarding their duties and employment obligations.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialized HR studies related to:
- Employee empowerment
- Employee happiness and well-being
- Delegation of authority
- Work performance standards
- Performance indicators (KPIs)
- Job rotation
- Other HR-related initiatives.
- Study the objectives and strategies of the Human Resources Department by reviewing strategic and operational plans and identifying the resources and requirements necessary to achieve these objectives.
- Develop and update HR methodologies, policies, regulations, procedures, and work manuals in line with organizational needs and changing business requirements.
- Analyze the work environment and identify operational challenges, issues, and obstacles affecting performance.
- Review existing forms, methods, and work practices and provide recommendations for improvement and development.
- Recommend best practices to enhance HR performance to the highest possible standards.
- Raise awareness among employees regarding their job responsibilities and obligations and prepare awareness materials that strengthen organizational loyalty.
- Provide technical and administrative support to ensure compliance with quality standards and institutional excellence requirements, and maintain readiness for both internal and external organizational assessments.
- Prepare periodic reports on work progress, achievements against KPIs, implementation challenges, and corrective actions taken.
- Perform all assigned duties in accordance with the organization's Information Security and Confidentiality Policy and within the scope of delegated authority.
- Perform any other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- UAE Nationals: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Non-UAE Nationals: 6–9 years of relevant experience.

No supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Working Environment
- Primarily office-based.
- Field work ranges between 40% and 60% depending on operational requirements.
