Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven IT Specialist (AI-Based) to support and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure while assisting in the implementation and optimization of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, networking, system administration, and emerging AI technologies that improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.

AI & Digital Solutions

• Support the implementation and integration of AI-based tools and business applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using AI technologies.
• Assist users in adopting AI-powered productivity tools and digital platforms.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend improvements.
• Research emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with departments to identify technology-driven solutions for business challenges.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, configurations, and support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, and general system administration.
• Experience working with Microsoft environments, networking technologies, and cloud-based solutions.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and cloud services.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and IT security principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning applications, automation platforms, and intelligent business solutions.
• Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage.
• Experience with troubleshooting network and system performance issues.
