JOB PURPOSE:
- Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination with drivers, focusing
on measuring and improving onboarding throughput and operational performance to achieve assigned
targets. - This role will address all issues and concerns related to Drivers & or riders in the Logistics
Section or any other assigned Operational unit
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Coordinate the onboarding process for drivers, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all
required procedures and documentation.
2. Monitor and evaluate the operational performance of drivers, identifying areas for improvement
and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
3. Address issues and concerns raised by drivers regarding their work assignments, schedules, or
operational challenges.
4. Liaise with client to ensure all client assigned trainings and performance metrics are achieved.
5. Provide training and support to drivers & riders on operational procedures, safety protocols, and
customer service standards.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with drivers, fostering a positive and collaborative working
environment.
7. Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and measure the effectiveness of drivers’ /
riders operations, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Be the POC for all rider queries on live operations as well as POC for the client for daily
operational tasks to address.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or operational role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Experience working with delivery riders or drivers is an advantage
CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHERS:
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications for data analysis
and communication.
