Project Sales Executive - Dubai

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Project Sales Executive with an established presence in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have strong, existing relationships with developers, real estate firms, contractors, and consultants, and a proven ability to drive project-based sales within the sanitary ware industry.

This role is key to expanding our footprint in Dubai by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across the Dubai market
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in sanitary ware project sales within the UAE, ideally in Dubai
• Strong network within the construction and project sales market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
