Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with proven experience in ADNOC projects and a valid ADNOC approval. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, international codes, and regulatory requirements.
The QA/QC Manager will lead all quality-related activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring that work is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ADNOC requirements and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, procedures, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Manage and supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and quality personnel assigned to the project.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Quality Control documentation.
- Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders regarding quality-related matters.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, standards, and project specifications.
- Lead investigations of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Review material submittals, inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records.
- Ensure proper implementation of welding, coating, piping, mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation quality requirements as applicable.
- Monitor and report quality performance metrics to project management and client representatives.
- Facilitate client inspections, audits, and quality surveillance activities.
- Ensure all project quality documentation is maintained, updated, and handed over as per project requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Minimum 10–15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial Projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as QA/QC Manager on major ADNOC projects.
- Mandatory ADNOC Approval as QA/QC Manager.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and quality management requirements.
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ASQ, CSWIP, NACE, BGAS, API, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of international codes and standards including ISO, ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, IEC, and relevant industry regulations.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary quality teams on large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas, or ADNOC Group projects.
- Experience in EPC, Pipeline, Oil & Gas Facilities, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Proven track record in managing client audits, inspections, and quality compliance requirements.
