Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Section Manager – HR to lead key Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will also oversee Organizational Development, HR Policies & Procedures, and Job Evaluation & Grading, ensuring HR practices are aligned with organizational objectives and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, incentives, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Oversee Employee Relations, providing guidance on employee concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Conduct job evaluation and grading exercises, ensuring consistency and internal equity across the organization.
  • Perform financial analysis related to manpower costs, compensation budgets, and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objective

المهارات

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or section management role.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Employee Relations
    • Organizational Development
    • HR Policies & Procedures
    • Job Evaluation & Grading
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Government or Semi-Government sector experience is highly preferred.
  • UAE National or Arab candidates are preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
