Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Section Manager – HR to lead key Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will also oversee Organizational Development, HR Policies & Procedures, and Job Evaluation & Grading, ensuring HR practices are aligned with organizational objectives and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, incentives, and annual compensation reviews.
- Oversee Employee Relations, providing guidance on employee concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Manage Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and change management.
- Conduct job evaluation and grading exercises, ensuring consistency and internal equity across the organization.
- Perform financial analysis related to manpower costs, compensation budgets, and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objective

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or section management role.

- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting).
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Government or Semi-Government sector experience is highly preferred.
- UAE National or Arab candidates are preferred.
