Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Purpose:

To bridge the gap between Business Development and Marketing.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, government entities, and external business stakeholders while supporting the overall marketing and engagement journey.

Candidate Profile

• UAE National, with a female candidate potentially being better suited for the role
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications.
• Ability to act as the link between Business Development and Marketing functions.
• Outgoing, confident, and highly personable with excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership, and drive initiatives independently.
• Strategic team player who can bring new ideas to the table and successfully execute them.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across government, semi-government, and private sector organisations.
• Coordinate with existing ecosystem partners within Masdar City and build relationships with external partners.
• Support engagement initiatives involving government entities such as ministries and regulatory bodies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and support the broader customer and marketing journey.

Reporting Line

• The role will sit between the Marketing and Sales functions.
• Reports directly to the Head of Business Development & Marketing.

Industry Background

• Strong preference for candidates from government or semi-government organisations.
• Private sector candidates may also be considered if they possess relevant ecosystem engagement experience and a proven track record of working closely with government entities.
• Experience engaging with organisations such as the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, Department of Health, or similar government bodies would be highly advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Individual Contributor role with no direct reports at this stage.

Employment Details

• Initially offered as an outsourced 12-month renewable contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position in the future.
• Full-time onsite role, 5 days per week.
• Preference for candidates already based in Abu Dhabi.
• Ideally targeting candidates who are readily available or have short notice periods.
