Key Responsibilities
Lead the establishment of the Strategic Aô¯airs & Institutional Eô¯ectiveness Oô¯ice
from the ground up, including its operating model, governance framework, policies,
processes, and methodologies.
Advise executive leadership on strategic planning, institutional eô¯ectiveness,
performance management, quality, governance, project management, business
continuity, and organizational excellence.
Develop strategic and operational planning frameworks, KPIs, performance
dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Design governance frameworks for strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management,
business continuity, and institutional innovation.
Assess organizational maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and provide
practical recommendations with implementation roadmaps.
Support the implementation of best practices, build internal capabilities, and
transfer knowledge to ensure long-term sustainability.
المهارات
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in strategy, institutional eô¯ectiveness, organizational
excellence, or management consulting.
Proven experience establishing Strategy, PMO, or Institutional Eô¯ectiveness Oô¯ices
from scratch.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and
organizational transformation.
