Required procurement services shall be conducted /executed by professional candidates with proven knowledge & experience in Government Procurement Procedures & Guidelines; however, the services package should cover (but not limited To) the following:
• Procurement /Purchase Requisitions /Purchase Orders related Services all through Oracle FUSION Portal. effectively use the existing sourcing system Oracle …. etc.
• Sourcing.
• Vender Management.
• Category Management.
• Technical/Commercial Evaluation, comparisons & bench marking.
• Prepare Award recommendation Reports.
• Prepare cases for Procurement Committee.
• Publish RFQ/RFP & manage Tender Process. manage the procurement /purchase cycle in an efficient manner.
• professionally manage contracts in alignment with the government guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• efficiently handle claims and any disputes with the stakeholders concerned as per the related laws and regulations.
• effectively managing the suppliers, including selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks and ensuring service delivery.

Services for 8 working hours per day/5 Working days per week in line with Abu Dhabi Gevernmet Labor Laws.
