Job Description
JOB ROLE:
• Prepare annual and 5-year maintenance plans for administrative buildings and public facilities.
• Monitor corrective and rehabilitation maintenance.
• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review technical inspection reports and prioritize interventions.
• Coordinate with project management for new building handover and asset database updates.
Skills
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance and operation of government or commercial buildings (structural, roofs, facades, waterproofing).
KEY SKILLS:
• Knowledge of building condition assessment methods (visual inspection, thermography, NDT).
• Familiarity with waterproofing, thermal insulation, and crack repair.
• Ability to prepare PPM schedules.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
