Chief Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractors' bids and prepare tender evaluation reports.
• Review and certify contractors’ interim payments and final accounts.
• Assess variations, claims, and cost implications of design changes.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance, and provide cost control recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and support dispute resolution related to commercial matters.

• MSc in Quantity Surveying or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in quantity surveying for roads and infrastructure projects.
