Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's asset management strategies and systems.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management, value management, and circular economy initiatives.
• Develop and monitor asset strategies, KPIs, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct asset management reviews and audits in compliance with ISO 55001 standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Analyze asset performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance asset maturity levels.

Develop awareness programs and promote best practices related to asset management across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Master's degree in Asset Management, Engineering Management, or MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in asset management, engineering, or infrastructure-related roles, preferably within large organizations or government entities.
• Strong experience in Asset Management Systems, preferably aligned with ISO 55001.
• Exposure to value management, circular economy, and sustainability initiatives is preferred.
• Proven experience handling internal and external audits, including closure of non-conformities.
• Strong analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
