Cognitive Solutions Specialist

+ Report to the Cognitive Solutions Senior Specialist (himself reporting to the Director leading the Research & Cognitive Solutions division)

+ Be part of the Research & Cognitive Solutions division

+ Assist the Cognitive Solutions Senior Specialist in overseeing Cognitive Solutions Infrastructure design and development in the Abu Dhabi Company sector to enable all Company stakeholders to have a holistic family and child view, in addition to providing parent and caregivers with better information and resources to play a more effective role

Be based in Abu Dhabi

+ You will support the development of the Cognitive Solutions strategy. You will help developing a detailed plan about Cognitive Solutions required in Abu Dhabi, including applications and technological infrastructure. You will conduct a detailed review of Company Cognitive Solutions trends and identify their successes and failures. You will assist the Senior Specialist in cooperating with internal and external stakeholders responsible for developing strategies and implementing projects to determine technological needs (e.g. applications, websites and software) to help achieve strategic goals. You will support the development of Abu Dhabi’s Cognitive Solutions plan to determine the most effective and efficient approach toward implementing the Company strategy.

+ You will support the implementation of the Cognitive Solutions plan. You will support the Senior Specialist oversee the Cognitive Solutions Infrastructure design and development process according to plan. You will assess risks in Cognitive Solutions activities and report problems/roadblocks to relevant leadership members.

+ You will monitor the progress of the Cognitive Solutions plan. You will propose a framework to monitor and assess the progress towards achieving Cognitive Solutions plan goals. You will monitor user feedback on developed applications and software. You will track the progress of Cognitive Solutions initiatives to ensure that they are implemented efficiently and effectively while meeting timeline, budget and result targets.

+ Understand the local startup ecosystem in the UAE. You are familiar in particular, with Company-related startups and their technological infrastructure.

+ Working in a role related to applications

+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

+ Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
