Job Description

1- Document Controller

  • Managed the receipt, registration, distribution, tracking, and archiving of engineering, technical, and project documents in accordance with ADNOC document control procedures.
  • Ensured all controlled documents were properly approved, updated, and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Reviewed documents for completeness, formatting, numbering, and compliance with ADNOC standards before submission.
  • Maintained document registers, transmittals, correspondence logs, and revision histories.
  • Coordinated with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure timely document flow.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in document control or records management & ADNOC experience preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
