- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations.
- Prepare price comparisons and evaluate supplier offers.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions and related documentation.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project and procurement teams when required.
- Must know how to use Microsoft office (such as excel/words/ppt and outlook)
Skills
Required Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in estimating, preferably in contracting, interior fit-out, furniture, or subcontracting works.
Gender:
Male or female candidates are acceptable.
Preferred Nationality:
Filipino / Sri Lankan / Indian / Arabic
