Job Description
Provides independent, executive-level strategic counsel together with specialized technical support services to improve Performance, People, Profitability and Efficiency, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Key responsibilities:
•
Provide independent, executive-level strategic counsel to the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership on operational, commercial, and organizational matters;
•
Support executive decision-making, including board and committee preparation, briefings, and high-impact strategic initiatives;
•
Advise on enterprise strategy formulation and the translation of corporate objectives into actionable operational roadmaps;
•
Provide independent assurance and challenge on major investment decisions, business cases, and risk mitigation strategies;
•
Support Production planning analysis and Integrated Planning, proposing optimized expansion plans and feedstock/product optimization models;
•
Support CAPEX/OPEX optimization, Value Engineering, and the Direct/Indirect cost ratio evolving from 70/30 towards 50/50;
•
Lead change management and transformation initiatives to embed the new operating philosophy and organization; and
•
Strengthen corporate governance, performance management, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer across ADNOC Group, joint ventures, partners and regulators.
Skills
•Extensive executive-level experience in oil & gas, LNG or large industrial operations, including advisory to C-suite leadership;
•Proven track record in enterprise strategy, integrated planning, and CAPEX/OPEX optimization;
•Strong background in organizational transformation, governance, and performance management; and
•Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across group, joint-venture, partner and regulator environments.
