Facilities Manager

The candidate will support the Building In-Charge in the following areas:

• Conducting site inspections and preparing technical snag/touch lists.
• Reviewing contractors’ inspection and technical reports.
• Providing technical advice on civil, MEP, and facilities-related matters.
• Monitoring corrective works and following up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Preparing clear technical reports, observations, and recommendations.
• Supporting the verification of completed works and close-out documentation

The preferred candidate should meet the following prequalification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, building fabric, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in site inspections, snagging, technical report review, and contractor management.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and facilities management best practices.
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAFM systems.
• Certified Facility Manager — CFM certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
