Job Description
Acts as a trusted partner to the Engineering and Project teams, providing end-to-end support across the talent sourcing and selection lifecycle, and lending subject-matter expertise to broader Organization Development and Talent Acquisition activities. Key responsibilities:
•
Partner with Engineering and Project hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and selection plans;
•
Source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements, ensuring quality of hire and a strong candidate experience;
•
Manage and expedite the selection process, coordinating interviews, assessments and offers in line with ADNOC Gas policies and timelines;
•
Support and augment Talent Acquisition delivery to meet the volume demands of the growth programme;
•
Provide expertise and hands-on support to Organization Development initiatives where required;
•
Build and maintain talent pipelines and market intelligence for critical Engineering and Project roles; and
•
Advise stakeholders on best-practice talent acquisition approaches, tools and assessment methods.
Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or a related field;
•Substantial experience in talent acquisition / recruitment, ideally within energy, oil & gas, engineering or large project-driven environments;
•Demonstrated success in high-volume and specialist technical hiring;
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills; and
•Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, assessment methods and applicant tracking systems
