Head of Strategic Success Measures Specialist

1/ How you will fit into the organization
As Head of Strategic Success Measures , you will –
+ Report to the Director leading the Strategy, Planning and Oversight division
+ Be supported by 5 Monitoring & Quality Assurance Specialists
+ Be part of the Strategy, Planning and Oversight division, along with 2 other Section Heads (Strategy & Planning, Technical Support)
+ Monitor and track the execution of Department strategy and relevant programs and initiatives, and define and implement the quality assurance framework for Company-related facilities
+Be based in Abu Dhabi

2/ What you will be doing
+You will evaluate Department activities in Abu Dhabi and provide recommendations for improvement. You will assess Department strategy impact and program interdependencies, and ensure alignment with Company vision and overall objectives. You will monitor Department activities in Abu Dhabi, identify constraints that may hinder their success, and develop the necessary procedures to solve them with relevant entities. You will publish periodic reports on overall Department status and prospects in Abu Dhabi, project status, objective achievement, risks, and problems.
+You will create and enforce quality standards for Department activities in Abu Dhabi. You will develop, regularly assess, and update quality assurance frameworks for Department related facilities (schools, nurseries, children hospitals, etc.) across stakeholders, sectors, divisions, and sections. You will review, assess, and prepare reports on progress and adequacy of sector and cross-sector quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as relevant indicators, in line with the adopted quality assurance framework. You will coordinate with stakeholders, including Abu Dhabi Executive Office, on Department quality assurance framework and relevant KPIs. You will design training material and conduct trainings in different divisions to ensure alignment with quality standards.

+You will develop and implement KPIs to track both Company performance internally and Department strategy externally. You will lead the monitoring and tracking of strategy execution and outcomes, including programs and processes’ KPIs, and comply with schedule and allocated budget.

+You will manage Company data collection and analysis efforts for monitoring purposes. You will oversee the selection of external entities responsible for data collection. You will lead data analysis to identify gaps and improvement areas and propose enhancements.

+ Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under pressure, with deadlines, and are able to manage time, balance multiple tasks and oversee different teams. You have solid problem solving and analytical skills, together with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Engage various stakeholders. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g. schools, nurseries, children hospitals, etc.), leveraging your strong communication skills.
+ Understand the local QA frameworks as well as global standards. You have deep knowledge of quality assurance guidelines in Abu Dhabi, and about latest global QA practices.

We value past experience in the following –
+ Working in a performance management or monitoring role – preferably in the field of quality assurance

We are looking for the following educational qualifications (preferred) –

+ Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent
+ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
