Job Description

The HR Coordinator will provide post-sourcing recruitment support across the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating candidate screening and evaluation processes following the sourcing stage
  • Scheduling and managing interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidate communication, including feedback and next steps
  • Supporting offer management, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining formalities
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports in line with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with internal HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and service standards

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations within the UAE
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour laws, recruitment best practices, and end-to-end hiring processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or recruitment systems is an advantage
