Job Purpose
To execute HR operations efficiently and support the implementation of approved policies, contributing to enhancing HR effectiveness and achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Specialized Tasks
- Execute recruitment and talent acquisition processes in coordination with organizational units, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on approved job requirements.
- Prepare draft job offers and employment contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders and in line with approved policies.
- Implement onboarding programs for new employees and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on performance management activities and ensure completion of forms within set timelines.
- Execute training and development activities by coordinating training programs and tracking employee participation.
- Draft HR circulars and decisions based on directives and approved policies.
- Implement awareness initiatives regarding HR policies and communicate them to employees.
- Support employee engagement and happiness initiatives and participate in related activities.
- Prepare periodic reports related to HR activities and submit them to the direct manager.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited university
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations and activities
