Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Oversee recruitment to attract talent while ensuring a positive and productive work environment through effective recruitment and employee relations strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source top talent, perform candidate assessments, manage the end-to-end job offer process, onboard new hires, analyze recruitment metrics and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
Skills
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years’ experience of Human Capital experience.
- Experience in the entertainment/events industry preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field e.g. business administration, HC etc.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, and of labor laws and regulations.
- Human Capital qualification (CIPD) preferred
