Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation for Ethara employees and to effectively manage and administer an organization's payroll processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Planning: Collaborate with the Human Capital Director to shape HC Policy and compensation strategy, evaluate and suggest improvements to compensation policies, and assist in budgeting using Ethara compensation PayScale.
· Payroll: Manage payroll records, ensure compliance with Ethara HC policies and regulations, and provide guidance on compensation and benefits.
· Reward: Administer annual bonuses according to leadership instructions and manage the processing of increment and promotion proposals.
System: Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle Fusion for payroll purposes and ensure the HC Module reflects up-to-date personal information in compliance with legal requirements and Ethara policies.
Skills
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience of Payroll and compensation and benefits.
- Experience in the entertainment/events industry preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field e.g. Accounting, Finance etc.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of HC policies and practices, and of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High numerical aptitude
