The Private Chef will manage all aspects of meal preparation within a private residence, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency. This is a direct hire role within a high-profile household requiring professionalism, discretion, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, specializing in Arabic and Indian dishes
• Plan menus based on family preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
• Handle grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times due to VIP household setting
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of supplies
• Adapt recipes and create variety while maintaining authentic taste

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a chef in a local/private family setting
• Strong expertise in Arabic and Indian cuisine
• Proven ability to work in VIP or high-standard households is an advantage
• Excellent cooking, presentation, and time management skills
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work in a private household environment in the United Arab Emirates
