Project Interior Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing interior projects for commercial buildings under PMC Interior Consultancy. This role involves coordinating design development, managing project execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed plans for commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand identity.

• Coordinate with PMC Interior Consultancy, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and schedules for materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

• Conduct site visits to oversee execution and ensure design compliance and quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence.

• Stay updated with trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably handling commercial interior projects.

• Strong knowledge of PMC Interior Consultancy processes and project management.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp), and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
