Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Develop quality-management and process-improvement activities, ensure organizational units comply with quality and excellence standards, and oversee related operational plans, policies and initiatives within institutional frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee preparation and implementation of the section's annual operational plan, including KPIs, projects and budgets.
· Contribute to the department's annual business plan and ensure section activities are aligned.
· Monitor section performance and issue periodic progress and challenge reports.
· Develop and review policies, specifications and procedures related to Authority projects and assets to verify compliance with quality standards.
· Direct the team in implementing section policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
· Develop quality-management, quality-control and process-improvement methodologies across the Authority.
· Lead process improvement and development with organizational units to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Oversee preparation and design of the procedures and internal-services manual and monitor compliance.
· Issue and update regulations and instructions related to corporate quality policies.
· Oversee field visits to Authority assets to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
· Review gap-analysis reports and corrective recommendations and direct improvement plans.
· Oversee quality programs and certifications and coordinate their requirements.
· Direct audits of organizational units to monitor implementation of quality standards.
· Develop an integrated database for certifications, awards and acquisition/renewal requirements.
· Monitor quality-related risk analysis and mitigation plans and support innovation and institutional-excellence initiatives.
· Provide periodic performance reports, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Performance Management or equivalent from an accredited university.
· 7 years of relevant professional experience.
