Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and highly presentable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, presentable, and professional at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, and guest hospitality requirements.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records as required.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and company events.
- Prepare and manage office documentation, reports, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
Skills & Competencies
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed personality.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
