Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches, blueprints, and client requirements.
Job Responsibility:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects based on the input from architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Use CAD software to prepare architectural, structural drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects.
- Prepare construction documentation, including site plans, details, and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of material lists and quantity takeoffs based on the drawings.
- Organize and maintain an archive of all drawing files for easy access and reference.
- Reporting to the technical coordinator
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as an Architectural Draftsman, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
3. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate drawings.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
