Job Description
Job Objective:
Implement the work plans and mechanisms related to the services of the organizational unit in the entity, follow up on the implementation of all relevant operational plan activities, and prepare the necessary reports and submit them to the direct manager
Job Role:

Prepare working papers and studies regarding international relations issues within the scope of the entity's work. |
|
Prepare reports and recommendations of regional and international meetings, conferences and agreements related to the issues of the federal entity |
|
Prepare reports responding to the observations contained in the reports of international organizations regarding regional and international agreements, and propose procedural and legislative amendments |
|
Contribute to organizing conferences concerned with adopting and applying the standards and indicators of international organizations, and coordinate the meetings accompanying them in cooperation with the competent authorities |
|
Contribute to preparing reports and studies on the fields of work, standards and activities of the international organizations of which the entity is a member. |
|
Contribute to developing the entity's policies and procedures that regulate its relations and cooperation with international organizations |
|
Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager. |
|
Carry out coordination with government entities on topics within the competence of international organizations that are related to the competence of the federal entity |
