Job Description
Role Objective:
- To lead and control revenue and payment cycles end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity across operations, with deep expertise in retail (malls), real estate, and free zone environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end revenue management, including lease income, billing cycles, service charges, and revenue assurance
• Drive accounts receivable performance, collections efficiency, and aging control
• Manage and control accounts payable cycle, ensuring proper validation, compliance, and timely disbursements
• Perform and review complex reconciliations (bank, tenants, vendors) and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, supporting financial planning and forecasting
• Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks
• Act as a key liaison with tenants, vendors, property management, and free zone authorities
Skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance
• Proven track record in malls, real estate, and free zones
• Strong expertise in revenue recognition, billing cycles, collections, and payment controls
• Hands-on experience in monthly & year-end closing, financial statements preparation, and final accounts.
• Solid understanding of free zone regulations, leasing structures, and service charge models
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) & sales force
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and drive solutions
