Position Overview
We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and service-oriented Tea Girl / Office Lady to support the day-to-day hospitality and pantry operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing refreshments to employees and guests, maintaining pantry cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to management, employees, and visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up with refreshments before and during meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry, kitchen, and refreshment areas.
- Monitor pantry inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies when required.
- Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, and serving areas are cleaned and maintained to high hygiene standards.
- Assist in receiving and attending to visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support office hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and executive visits.
- Perform basic office support tasks and errands as assigned by management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional appearance while representing the company.

Requirements
Education
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tea Girl, Office Lady, Pantry Attendant, Hospitality Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a corporate office, executive office, or hospitality environment is preferred.
