Legal Expert

           Salary- Negotiable

• 6–10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience within UAE Government, Semi-Government, Regulatory Authority
• Proven experience in providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, administrative, and procurement matters.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding), SLAs, Framework Agreements, and Government tenders.
• Experience managing litigation, disputes, and external legal counsel.
• Familiarity with UAE Federal Laws, Abu Dhabi Government regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and government procurement regulations.
