Salary- Negotiable
- 6–10 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience within UAE Government, Semi-Government, Regulatory Authority
- Proven experience in providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, administrative, and procurement matters.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding), SLAs, Framework Agreements, and Government tenders.
- Experience managing litigation, disputes, and external legal counsel.
- Familiarity with UAE Federal Laws, Abu Dhabi Government regulations, and governance frameworks.
- Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and government procurement regulations.
