Objective:
Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at achieving the Council's objectives in a competitive and changing environment, analyze the Council's internal and external environment, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategic plans that contribute to achieving sustainable growth and innovation
REsponsibilities:

Analyze internal performance and evaluate the Council's strengths and weaknesses in terms of operations, resources, and capabilities. |

2 |
Identify promising opportunities to expand business or adapt to changes in the external environment. |
|
3 |
Develop action plans by identifying the methods and activities that must be undertaken to achieve the strategic objectives. |
|
4 |
Plan resources and identify the financial and human resources required to implement the strategies. |
|
5 |
Follow up on the progress of implementing the strategic plans with the relevant teams to ensure adherence to the timeline and budget. |
|
6 |
Prepare periodic strategic reports for senior management showing the extent of progress of the strategies and the results achieved. |
|
7 |
Research and develop new ideas to support the Council's growth and contribute to enhancing its competitiveness. |
